Dear Salon Ultimate Customers,

As we grapple with the impacts of COVID-19 on our economy, our daily lives and our businesses, we want to reach out to each of you to let you know we are here to support you. We are seeing unprecedented measures taken by state and local governments to take steps to focus on the safety of your customers and your teams and understand the impacts these decisions are making on your business and livelihood. As a technology company devoted to serving you, and your clients during this time.

It is important that we provide technology and solutions, like communicating with your clients and access to your business, through the duration of this crisis. It is also very important to us that we are there to support you when this crisis is over.

We want to provide you with support and would like to offer the following:

Maintaining our technology and support
We know our software is critical to your business and we are committed to providing you with the support you need during this time. Our team is available to answer any questions you or your team may have.
SUBSCRIPTION RELIEF
Subscription fee relief for state mandated closure
For those businesses that have been mandated to close by your state, we will automatically provide 50% off of your April 1st bill. For any other customers that have voluntarily closed or been closed by your local government we request you contact our Client Success Team at clientsuccess@salonultimate.com and you will be given the same discount. For any stores that are closed and would like to extend their contracts by one year you will be able to sign a contract extension and you will not be billed on April 1st and May 1st or if you have been billed partially or fully on April 1st you will see a credit on your June 1st bill.

SELF-CHECKOUT
Accelerating the release of our self-checkout solution
We are developing software to allow your clients to pay and checkout using their own mobile device, to prevent the exchange of funds for services in your stores. We are accelerating the development of this to be available to all customers that choose to use it at no additional cost.
COMMUNICATION
Communication templates
Our design team has created a variety of fresh, updated and branded templates to use to communicate with your clients. Please reach out to our client success team at clientsuccess@salonultimate.com to have these templates enabled for your software deployment.
