Technical Support Agent - Level 1

Cebu, Philippines

As a member of the Tech Support team at Salon Ultimate, you will work in a fast-paced environment while playing the vital role of assisting our customers with their software and hardware questions. To succeed in this position, IT and customer support experience is needed, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly, multi-task, and problem-solve in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, chat, and email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Provide software support for new and existing users
  • Manual QA testing of software to finds bugs and areas for improvement
  • Support in inbound sales and lead generation
  • Identify areas of improvement and relay feedback to appropriate teams
  • Meet and exceed customer support goals
  • Keep information updated in Jira and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with other members of the professional team and improve the overall business process
  • Follow best practices for customer support

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer technical support experience
  • Superb English - verbal and written communication
  • Positive attitude, exemplary work ethic, and reliable team member
  • Detail-oriented and high organizational skills with the ability to manage many different responsibilities
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira
  • Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in time-sensitive situations is a necessity
